When we first arrived at Harlequins, we were tasked with providing a more contemporary and faster bar offering. The figures, based on 7 high-throughput bars, speak for themselves:
-Increased turnover by 35% in year 1 on previous operator;
-Increased turnover by a further 20% in year 2;
-Average queue time of less than 4 minutes;
-Average service score of 8.4/10 from independent surveys
Integrated card payment terminals were installed across all bars to offer a totally cashless provision. With a late walk up from fans, speed of service is key to success at this venue. With our high-efficiency, queue management systems in place,we ensure speed of service targetsare always met.
