SEPTEMBER HIGHLIGHTS

As we waved goodbye to the summer, our in-house creative team transformed a bar into a WW2 bunker at We Have Ways Fest. The festival goers saw live demonstrations of relics restored from the trenches alongside fantastic lectures and seminars from speakers such as James May and Al Murray.

This month marked our return to rugby, starting off with Saints vs Barbarians which served as the perfect transition back into stadiums after the summer in fields. To encourage the hibernating rugby fans back into their seats, we added a new home ground to the roster – Saracens at StoneX Stadium! Stationed at every corner of the pitch, ready to libate the thirsty fan we also added a new roof terrace to our fleet of fantastic bars to be stationed at the stadium which often features entertainment for the fans!

The new additions didn’t stop there, we unveiled a brand-new look at Franklin’s Gardens and Twickenham Stoop with a variety of new units. Utilising all shapes and sizes we worked with our clients to bring a refreshing take on the stadium bars we have all come to know. Our new 10 ft container has made a splash at Northampton Saints, whilst two new containers at the Stoop’s Southwest Corner has been a feast for the Quin’s fans eyes.

OCTOBER HIGHLIGHTS

As the leaves began to change, we thought it about time to introduce our Hot Toddy bar to the fans at Northampton Saints. Boasting a delightful array of boozy hot chocolates, mulled wine, and the delectable hot toddy it is the perfect addition to a visit to Franklin’s Gardens during the increasingly frosty months.

It’s not all work and no play for us at Polar! This season we are proud to be sponsoring 3 sports teams: St Mary’s Rugby and Netball as well as Olney Rugby Club. To celebrate, we hosted a Sponsorship lunch at Olney Rugby Club, where we put on a banquet for our guests and got to present man of the match! It’s a matter of immense pride for us to support sports teams while actively contributing to our local communities and helping people create lasting bonds whilst leading an active lifestyle.

NOVEMBER HIGHLIGHTS

November was nothing short of spectacular! Fireworks Night on the 4th witnessed our presence at the annual fireworks display at Blackpit Brewery, where we served an array of the Brewery’s finest ales, mulled wine, spirits & mixers, and Saxby’s delightful, mulled cider. Simultaneously, our team showcased their dedication at games hosted by Saracens, Northampton Saints, and Harlequins.

Amidst a month filled with consecutive rugby games, it was so great to see so many old and new Polar Bears coming out to work with us!

DECEMBER HIGHLIGHTS

December was an exhilarating month as we returned to Twickenham Stadium for Big Game 15, whilst our other home teams jostled on their home turfs to climb up the premiership ladder – all three coming out victorious!

Adding to the festive season’s excitement, we seized a wonderful opportunity to operate bars at Somerset House for their New Year’s Eve celebrations. Whilst celebrating the turn of the year with our Polar Bears, we had an amazing time serving Moët Hennessy and Whispering Angel on the iconic terrace overlooking the embankment. Not to mention having the best seats in the house for the world-famous London Fireworks when the clock struck midnight!
